Paintings and words of wisdom from god

I had never painted before but in the spring 1995 I was given the opportunity of painting in an art class for children and parents. Prior to that time I had never painted before. In the autumn of 1995 shortly after I had started to paint I was suggested to try to paint with my left hand and even try to paint with the fingers. To my amazement, a flame was ignited inside, and from then on almost all my paintings done in this manner were pictures from the Time of Jesus.

At that time I had a very strong longing to paint Jesus-pictures. It was difficult for me to make plans in advance to meet people, as I was afraid if I did so and the sun was shining brightly from a perfect blue sky, I would miss the opportunity to paint.

Painting all these Jesus-pictures opened up a connection directly to God and since then I have never doubted my sense of belonging to God. I experienced that God spoke to me and I felt this was the True Message: this was the place where I should be and where I should listen.

In the Easter Week of my exhibition in 1997 I painted one of the pictures that has since filled me with the greatest wonderment and moved me the most.

The picture has been titled Year 0 – Year 2000 because there are actually two paintings in one.

Year 0

Year 2000

Year 0 is the picture that I painted originally. It is a picture from the time of Jesus where a crowd gazes upon the Christ Energy displaying Itself in The Heavens.

Year 2000 is the same picture seen up-side down, which I noticed for the first time by accident. This view of the painting depicts two rows of people walking towards the dark mountains. The Heavens from before have now become The Way they walk. The Way is symbolizing Jesus.

The picture was painted during the Yugoslav wars. I saw refugees heading into the unknown, which brought up great pain in my heart and reduced me to floods of tears. None of my other Jesus-pictures have alternate motifs when turned upside down.

The picture contains a strong Message for all of us to turn away from the darkness and walk towards The Light which is Jesus. In this picture Jesus is symbolized both as The Light and The Way. I understand the picture as a strong Message to people of our time that God is always there for us if we open our heart and let God in. God stretches His Hand out towards us so that God’s Soul, which lies sleeping in our hearts, shall awaken.

In the night between 22nd and 23rd February 2012, I experienced a feeling that God was asking me to publish two more books, where I would share some of the religious paintings which I had received and painted in the periods from 1995 to 2004 and from 2010 to 2012. I felt that it was a lovely new task but I knew that I would not have got these ideas by myself.

Later I prayed to God and asked God to give me A Word of Wisdom for each of the paintings I would present. God gave me a heart warming response to my prayer and I was deeply grateful that God would provide A Word of Wisdom for each painting.

Many years earlier it had been suggested to me to give each painting a title, but at that time I said that I was not able to do it. But now the Titles and the Words of Wisdom came by themselves while I sat and looked at the pictures.
